  • Renting event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our wide selection of event decor items. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event, and we will deliver the decor to your chosen location. After your event, simply pack the items back into their original containers for pick up and we will arrive at the designated time to retrieve the inventory. It's a hassle-free way to elevate your event's atmosphere with our beautiful decor.

  • We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful! We would love to help take the stress off your plate so you can enjoy your special day with your friends and family. Please inquire about our event planing services so we may build a package that suits your needs and budget. 

  • If you are renting a Sailcloth tent, you will generally need the tent for three days. The day before your event for set up, the day of your event, and the day after for break down. Set up and break down will take place in the morning to afternoon. If your venue has restrictions please reach out and we will do everything we can to work with you and your venue to ensure you have everything you need. Smaller pop up tents can be set up the day of and returned the following morning. 

  • We are expanding our inventory constantly. If there is an item you are looking for and you do not see it listed please send me an email and I will let you know if we can have the product available in time for your event. 

  • If your order does not arrive at or before your scheduled delivery time please call the listed number and we will track the drivers progress to your destination. Please account for traffic and construction in the area. 

  • This is not a problem at all! Please just give send us an email with your name, order number, date of event, and additional items you would like. We will then add the items to your order and send you a revised invoice. 

  • Items can be canceled with a full refund 60 days before the event. If an event is canceled with less then 60 days notice of the delivery date the 20% deposit will be non refundable. Any cancelation with in two weeks of the delivery date will in-cure an additional 15% fee of the total quote on top of the security deposit. Acts of nature will be taken into account. 

  • The only items that will be set up and broken down upon delivery are the Sailcloth tents. All other set up of items will be organized by your event planner. If you do not have an event planner or coordinator we would be happy to give you a quote on our wedding coordination and planning services.
